This notice covers our website and booking enquiries. Please ask Melanie directly about information recorded during your clinical appointment, including scan records and image delivery.

2. Information you provide

Our booking form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, how many weeks pregnant you are, your selected scan or package, and your preferred appointment date and time. There is also an optional notes field and a checkbox agreeing to contact about your request.

Pregnancy details and any health information in your message are sensitive personal information. Please provide only what is relevant to arranging your appointment; do not send identity documents, payment-card details or detailed medical records through this form.

Submitting the form is voluntary. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to submit an online request. If you prefer not to provide information online, please telephone us to discuss booking. The form does not collect card payments.

3. How booking information is used

We use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss the requested scan, arrange and confirm your appointment, and communicate about that booking. Your request is saved in the website’s booking-submission system and emailed to bookings@peekababe.co.za.

Your booking details are not used for marketing. Agreeing to be contacted about an appointment is not a newsletter subscription or permission for advertising.

4. Website hosting and service providers

Bios Bois Pty Ltd provides hosting for this website. Booking information is processed through the hosted website and email systems used to deliver the request. Hosting, email and technical-support providers may process information as needed to operate and support these services.

5. Browsing, cookies and external services

When your browser connects to the website, technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the pages requested is transmitted to the hosting service. Technical logs may be used for website operation, troubleshooting and security. The booking form uses anti-spam and request-validation measures.
